Tom Yum is a soup originating from Thailand and can say it is one of the most popular Thai dishes


The Tom yum is characterized by its distinctive blend of flavors and aromas from the use of aromatic herbs generously used. The broth base has ingredients such as lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, shallots, lime juice, fish sauce, tamarind and chillis ground. In Thailand, tom yum served with shrimp (tom yum goong), chicken (tom yum gai), fish (tom yum pla), or mixed seafood (tom yum or tom yum po talay tak) and mushrooms. The soup is covered with chopped coriander leaves (cilantro).
