Wonders of India!
The samosa is a triangular dumpling typical of the cuisine of southern Asia (India, Pakistan and Tibet). Generally freshly brewed and served with crispy dough.   
                                     
It consists of an outer envelope of dough very thin and crispy wheat, stuffed potato and peas or other cooked vegetables and seasoned with curry which is fried in oil before serving. It is not excluded that also serve stuffed with chicken or lamb.
