Ratatouille is a recipe from the eighteenth century and can be served hot or cold, alone or as an accompaniment. A rustic dish typical of the Provence region in which Spanish and Italian influences notice. The name means chopping, grinding.

To prepare the ratatouille can not miss eggplant or tomatoes. With the rest of the ingredients can deal more comfortable. The peppers and zucchini are not required in the recipe. All elements are seasoned with salt, olive oil and a combination of herbs finished with red or white wine.
